When did the world find out that gingers don't have souls?

Gingers have souls. I've come across several people with red hair who have a decent aura .. one girl was even really powerful. The color of a person's hair has very little to do with how easily they take to magic - it has a lot more to do with blind chance. Anyone can learn, but not everyone can be very good at it.
