Can anybody name this kung fu movie?

I cant remember the name of an old kung fu movie i saw as a kid. All i remember about the movie was, the bad guy had armor like skin and couldn't be cut by any weapons. So the good guy goes and trains in some chamber full of wooden horses. I think it was like 12 horses or something like that. He learns some fancy moves comes out and breaks the villains armor by poking him under his foot which happened to be his weak spot. Lol, after he pokes the bad guy in the foot, he then beats him to death and saves the day. I think the bad guy was using tai chi style. Any help would be very appreciated.
