What will happen if I did not report my marriage?

Hi Im a filipina nurse now working in Saudi.I got married in Kuwait court,not at the philippine emby because my husband is an american..Somehow, out of no guidance, we did not report the marriage at my emby , now I dont have a record in NSO.Is my marriage legal?If Im going to get a free to marry certificate in NSO, will they issue me a new CENOMAR(Certificate of no marriage) without hle since I did not repot my marriage ..Is my marriage then valid only in Kuwait?
