Why is "white girls" so slutty or promiscuous?

Why can't I find white girls who are conservatives, and have values for marriege or respect themselves more. I am not racist to white girls but I have this cases around too much but this is common sense.But the media portrays white women as object or goes beyond liberal rubbish they publish.
