Has the "Brady" rule ever actually been enforced?

Thank you for posting that. I am amazed at how many ysts on TV get that wrong. After the Ravens whined and cried about the rule saying how it is hurting football, everyone attacked Brady. When Terrell Suggs went down with an injury, the Ravens whined and cried about going after a defensive players knees. How about if we say the same thing about Suggs that they were saying about Brady. "Terrell Suggs should take off the skirt." "He should be allowed to be hit like everyone else." "They are ruining the game with all rules to protect defensive palyers". What goes around, comes around.
