Is Richard Ramirez racist?

I've written to Richard Ramirez. At first he's very shy and generic in his responses, but the longer you talk he tends to open up a little more. I've heard that he's apparently trying to see if he can trust you because as i'm sure you're aware, many people try to exploit him (sell his drawings,letters, and use the correspondences for their advantage.)I'm black (in case you hadn't noticed lol) and he's aware of that and seems to have no problem. I think he gets tons of mail and so it takes him a few weeks to get it and you might not get a response for months. I'm always surprised when he writes back, but afterall what else is there to do really on death row?
