It is ok to travel. As long as you are treating the outer ear infection you should be ok. Make sure not to let your child pick in her ears, and I would recommend not submerging her ears in water. Make sure you have your doctor's phone number handy, even if you are out of town, you can still call your doctor and tell him what is going on. If the doctor feels like it is necessary he can call medication in to a pharmacy for you in the town that you are in.
