Does the Fifa series have club teams?

I want to buy Fifa 10 or 11 for Xbox 360 and I would like to know if it has the clubs like Chelsea and Arsenal, as well as international teams like the Czech Republican team. I know Fifa 2005 has clubs and international teams b/c i still have it for my PS1
