Is it possible to go from an SAT score of 1800 to a 2000-2100 in five months?

I took the May SAT without studying AT ALL (I know...bad decision on my part). I took the PSAT in tenth grade and got a 155 and then took it again 11th grade year and got a 165. I also took a free full-length practice SAT and got a 1680 (this was in March). I bought books to study for the SAT but didn't ever get a chance to study with all of my homework (I'm a 4.0 student). I took the SAT in May and got a math score of 560, critical reading score of 560, and a writing score of 680, which all calculates to an 1800. I've been studying by doing one section everyday since May, but I'm planning on going all out in the summer and actually studying. Is it possible to improve my score by at least 200?
